The HR Manager will actively support their assigned client group spanning multiple functions to drive important people/talent strategies. This work will enable business results through coaching, talent management, organizational design, change management and business partnering. Role will manage and execute the HR work for the assigned client groups by aligning resources, managing workflows, and executing the implementation of activities based on business requirements and client needs. This position will be instrumental in facilitating a team member oriented, high performance culture.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain an intimate understanding of the client organizations, in the interest of building effective and productive working relationships with client group at all levels of the organization.
- Manages overall Human Resources service delivery to the business directly or through collaboration with our COE’s, providing services that are responsive to our business strategy.
- Interprets HR policies, practices and procedures for managers, teams, and individual employees that supports the needs of the business. • Provides solutions to business issues in a proactive and positive manner.
- Partners closely with Talent Acquisition team to ensure the organization can acquire and retain top talent, including building our pipeline for future needs as well.
Expected Areas of Competence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related HR software.

- Knowledge of employment and labor laws and regulations.
Education/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in human resources management, business administration or related field
- 6 years experience in a professional level human resources management position.
