JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Help improve merchant onboarding and payment processes to drive business results.
- Assist PDMs to manage current merchant onboarding and payout activities and help identify process improvement opportunities.
- Analyze and share insights to help accelerate business, improve operations, troubleshoot product related bugs.
- Help build and review performance trackers to monitor sales and operational metrics to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Write jira tickets to build up backlog for process enhancements that require dev work.
- Perform QA checks to identify issues with onboarding and live merchant catalogues within the app.
- Document any new processes and update existing documentation as necessary.
- Partner with cross functional teams (Tech, Payments, Accounting, Tax, Business Development and Sales) to accomplish specific tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelors/4 Yr Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in either of the following: CPG, Account or Category management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to operate with minimal supervision
- Proficiency at establishing and improving processes
- Strategy and Business Development experience
- Experience in Digital Delivery a plus
- Ability to show strong problem solving, independent judgement, negotiation skills.
- Ability to turn raw data into insights/usable data to drive business results.
- Experience with managing stakeholders and maintaining relationships.
- Strong experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets), experience with PowerBi is a plus
