Large Industrial or Healthcare Construction Experience
Salary: $115,000- $150,000
We are currently seeking to add an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager for one of the most competitive electrical contractors in the US. After working closely with the Subcontractor that is hiring for these positions for many years now, they have decided to expand their large projects teams, due to taking on some of the largest projects.
The company are very well known in the East and South East construction markets, and have a presence among the leading industrial and healthcare developers landing them the largest projects that are currently and will be being built in the area.
They currently have projects located in Charlotte which have already broken ground with total project value of just under $500M in electrical construction. On top of this, they have roughly $500M in NEW ground up projects booked for this year, so a leader in the electrical construction space is needed to manage these high profile projects.

Required Experience for role:
- 5+ years of Industrial Construction is essential
- 5+ years of handling electrical construction contracts in healthcare or industrial projects is essential
- Experience leading teams on hospitals, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, manufacturing or battery plant projects is required for this role
- Knowledge of working on projects valued over $50M
- Must have experience working for electrical subcontractors
Preferred experience for role:
- Minimum 10 years of Electrical Construction Experience
- Minimum 10 years of handling projects valued over $200M
- Poses strong relationship building skills
