Job Title: Sr. Research Associate
Status: 6-month contract onsite Monday through Friday

Compensation:
Research Associate II $55 an hour
Sr. Research Associate $62 an hour
Our Therapeutics client is seeking a candidate for a 6 month contract. The title may be Research Associate II, or Sr. Research Associate depending on experience. Candidates must have at least three years of experience in a RA role to be considered for the senior level.
The primary responsibility of this position will be in the development, characterization and execution of tissue, cellular and molecular biological assays. This is a hands on role using several different techniques.
Qualified candidates must have experience in cell culturing.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Execute assigned assays and tasks following appropriate laboratory/technical procedures with special attention to data quality and reproducibility
- Learn new laboratory techniques, troubleshoot experiments, and ensure experiments are well designed and performed to a high standard
- Make detailed observations, good record, and analyze data, including maintain an organized physical and electronic laboratory notebook
