Berkshire Bay Contractors, Inc., a family-based plumbing and electrical contractor, is looking for an experienced Preconstruction Manager to join our growing team. This is a key position in our company as we expand, and we’re looking for someone to help take our projects to the next level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create accurate and detailed estimates from construction plans
- Create take-offs with assistance from team
- Gather quotes from suppliers and generate comprehensive bid packages
- Track the progress of bids and communicate with General Contractors (GCs)
- Handle change order paperwork and Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure projects run smoothly and meet deadlines
- Work with field staff for AIA Billing
