Are you an experienced Construction Superintendent / Foreman ready to lead projects in the US? Our client are looking for a skilled professional to oversee daily operations on various residential and commercial sites in Reno, NV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, subcontractors, and equipment.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Maintain safety standards and compliance with local regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers.
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and material orders.
- Resolve any on-site issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in interior construction - painting, drywall, floor installations etc.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Proficient in managing project timelines and budgets.
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
