**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**
Duties/Responsibilities:
As the Technical Recruiter you will support the Human Resources Manager and Operations Manager (OM) for the Systems Engineering Support (SES) contract. Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
Provide full lifecycle recruiting support to include:
- Develop recruiting strategies for identifying technical professionals
- Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans
- Participate in weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers
- Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.
- Assist with creating job descriptions.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Detail metrics for recruiting/staffing positions (quarterly/annually).
- Build processes / templates for recruiting process to include requirements of the hiring managers, prescreen requirements, etc.
Directly assist Business Unit Hiring Managers with the following:
- Setup / Conduct prescreening interviews.
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in company's proprietary ERP system
- Assist in interviewing and selecting employees onsite.
- Assist the Business Unit Managers and Business Development/Contracts teams with pricing assistance for proposal efforts for Staff pricing and pricing estimates
- Maintain regular conduct with employees on contingent hire waiting for interim clearance (let them know we have not forgotten them)
- Plan and facilitate Career/Job Fair Invitational events as well as niche Client recruiting events
- Update hiring managers and HR in the Applicant Tracking System on status of applicant throughout the employment process
- Develop and maintain business partnerships with staffing agencies, Education Centers, military/veterans transition centers, IT Specific and LinkedIn user groups, associations and educational institutions
- Place advertisements on internet job boards and in print media (newspaper/magazines) and through NDTI provided recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter etc.)
- Continually evaluate current and new recruiting sources to provide candidates from diverse backgrounds
- Administrative Duties and Record Keeping
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
This position is for recruiting of qualified individuals in support of the Contract Management Team (CMT) tasked with managing the Systems Engineering Support (SES) contract for the SED.
A college degree in Human Relations or Business Management is desired.
2 years of experience in the field of recruiting is desired.
Associate's degree plus 4 years' additional experience or 6 years' additional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
