Role: ServiceNow Product Manager

Job Description
Identify, create and maintain user stories, develop and prioritize functional requirements for new or revised features or enhancement
Serve as the product analyst for ServiceNow products and features which include evaluating the preview to rolling it out to users worldwide
Work with Product Leads to help make key decisions on priorities and design to ensure that all stakeholders were aligned
Collaborate with appropriate cross functional team stakeholders to be engaged at appropriate times
Understand both the engineering and business side of ServiceNow and be ultimately responsible for representing the end-user’s needs
Work with Project Managers to deliver agile based product releases
Participate in daily scrums, sprint planning meetings and sprint reviews and retrospectives throughout all phases of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Represent the development team in building proofs-of-concept (POC) for potential new solutions and technologies by working closely with product management and development teams
Be accountable for the timely delivery of projects as per established roadmaps by working closely with business teams
Create and present the functional and technical design including data analysis to the business teams and gather feedback to influence solution design and approach
Manage end-to-end implementation of Security Operations (SecOps) and Asset management (ITAM) projects - End point security, Certificate Management, Employee Security Behaviour scorecard, Vulnerability Response applications, Compliance configuration, Zero Touch, Software usage and reclamation
