Trustpoint.One is assisting a corporate client in seeking an experienced Intake Coordinator to join their office in Palo Alto on a long-term temporary, 6-12 month, opportunity.. The ideal candidate will have two years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities of the Intake Coordinator:
- Document gathering, scanning, compilation and organization
- Data validation and verification
- Strong attention to detail and research skills
Qualifications of the Intake Coordinator:
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel;
- Outstanding organizational, administrative, and communication (oral and written) skills;
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion.
