We're looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist who is eager to grow in a dynamic work environment. As a Customer Service Specialist, you need to deal with customer order problems, provide solutions to customers and improve customer satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist customers with product and sales related questions via phone and emails
- Assist with customer quotes, placing orders, and repair inquiries in a timely, accurate and professional manner
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of new and existing products, as well as policies and merchandising information
- Light accounting duties: process invoices and manage billing for clients and vendors / follow-up on overdue payments, answer billing questions
- Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- 2 years’ experience in sales or customer service.
- Luxury, Jewelry, or Fashion industry experience a plus.
- Proficiency in all Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
