Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Business Development Intern Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage a team of business development interns responsible for prequalifying leads and supporting our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in driving growth. Other responsibilities will include recruiting and interviewing prospective interns as well as creating and maintaining reports on lead generation and qualification metrics to track the team's progress. To excel in this management role, you must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with the business development manager, clearly understand and convey your team's goals and KPIs, hold interns accountable to them, and ensure they see how their internship shapes their future sales experience.
