Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with key business and IT stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their implementation and business goals.
- Support customers in achieving their objectives by offering timely, proactive recommendations for optimizing Salesforce and company products.
- Identify opportunities within key industry processes to leverage the Salesforce platform effectively.
- Lead disaster recovery planning and provide technical recommendations aligned with customers’ business needs.
- Assist the Customer Success Manager and Account Executive by monitoring Salesforce adoption and Success Plan utilization, offering insights during periodic reviews.
- Deliver timely executive summary reports on account status and collaborate with internal teams to address renewal risks for subscriptions.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fields such as FedRAMP/GovCloud Enterprise Architecture, Technology Consulting, Customer Success, Senior Salesforce Administration, Technology Solutions Development, or Technical/Solutions Architecture.
- Skilled in using Salesforce APIs effectively; at least 2 Salesforce product certifications are required.
