Key Responsibilities: Perform and interpret a variety of laboratory tests, including those in clinical chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and immunology. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and proper functioning. Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure accurate test results and maintain quality control. Collect and process patient specimens according to laboratory standards. Analyze test results and prepare reports for review by physicians or other healthcare professionals. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with laboratory equipment and procedures. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, infection control protocols, and quality assurance practices. Maintain accurate records and documentation of laboratory activities and results. Provide support and guidance to other laboratory staff as needed. Qualifications: Minimum Associate's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or (MLT) by relevant certifying body, e.g., ASCP, AMT is required. 1 years of experience working in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety procedures. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
