We are currently seeking a Senior Integrated Media Planner for Luquire in Charlotte, NC.
Luquire employs a voluntary hybrid work model, meaning employees may work from home or in the office at their discretion, including remote work from a location other than Charlotte. If working remotely, occasional travel may be required for various company functions, client meetings or other work duties.
As a Senior Integrated Media Planner, you will have a deep understanding of media strategy and manage the full lifecycle of a client's media plan and buy, including pre-campaign client facing strategy calls, vendor negotiations, production oversight, and post campaign recaps in a variety of traditional and digital media channels. This role reports directly to the Integrated Media Supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Lead the collaborative efforts of the integrated media team across traditional (TV, Radio, Print, OOH) and digital (Online Display, video, mobile, native, SEM, and Social) media to support the development and execution of media strategies and plans.
- Ensure seamless execution of media plans, campaign set up, and tracking
- Collaborate with account, project management, and data/analytics for: creative rotation, deadlines, specs, and proper campaign set-up and tracking
- Management of multiple media accounts with minimal supervision
- Development and ongoing management of media flowcharts and budget allocation/reconciliation
- Ongoing campaign monitoring – ensuring TV/Radio/Print spots/ads run as planned; optimization of digital occurs throughout duration
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and flawless execution throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Monitor, analyze, optimize, and educate based on campaign performance with recommendations on inventory, channel and creative shifts
- Extremely comfortable and confident in client-facing meetings and presentations
- Help assistant and mentor junior media planners with online campaigns and tracking
- Source and negotiate inventory with media publishers to secure optimal placements, while cultivating and nurturing strong, professional relationships with them for our clients
- Responsible for staying on top of latest media trends, technologies and ad platforms and sharing information with larger team/educate; Must have a passion for exploring cutting edge media platforms
Requirements
- 4-5+ years agency experience planning and buying both traditional and digital channels across multiple verticals
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills required
- Ability to manage up, keeping supervisors and directors informed
- Proficiency in Google Campaign Manager and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain and meet client deadlines
- Experience in DV360 and planning tools like MRI Simmons, Vivvix, and Resonate are a plus
