We are seeking an individual to work with a Fortune 50 Broadcast Media & Entertainment leader located in New York, New York. As the Product Designer, you will help support product design for dozens of enterprise applications and business functions for the organization, including content supply chain, finance, data and SaaS tools. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your AI knowledge to drive experience interactions with dashboards & chatbots.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in user experience design across multiple platforms, including web apps, mobile, and chatbots
- Professional experience working within (and contributing to) design systems
- Expertise in Figma, FigJam, working knowledge of Accessibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent field
- Effective communication skills (written, verbal, listening, interpersonal)
- A professional portfolio of relevant designs & prototypes
Responsibilities:
- Design user-friendly, accessible AI experiences for multiple interaction use cases and audiences, while ensuring consistency across product/platforms and adhering to best practices
- Provide competitive UX research & comparative analysis to help define best practices
- Lead and facilitate discovery to define UX requirements with internal stakeholders
- Product design documentation, including hi-fi designs, reuseable patterns and templates; product interactive prototypes
- Eloquently present research and design solutions to stakeholders
- Collaborate with UX Lead to develop and maintain AI experience design system to ensure consistency and scale across products
- Actively participate in team crit, giving and receiving feedback and providing quality control across all supported products
