Job Title: Project Manager - Property Restoration and Construction
Join our team as a Project Manager, where you'll take charge of overseeing every phase of the project lifecycle. Your role will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll be the key point of contact for clients, manage costs, and maintain seamless communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
· Ensure that projects are executed efficiently by turning estimates into profitable, completed jobs.
· Review job costs regularly to learn from past projects and improve profit margins.
- Develop and adhere to production schedules for each project, ensuring seamless production flow and timely completion to foster client satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Efficiently source, vet, and manage subcontractors to maintain low overhead and ensure quality work.
- Collaborate with Senior PM to plan and allocate resources efficiently, ensuring employees are utilized on projects that match their skill sets.
- Maintain frequent, proactive communication with clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation in Job Progress
- Visit job sites frequently (at least weekly) to monitor progress, ensure quality standards are met, and address any issues promptly
- Ensure that subcontractors adhere to quality and cleanliness standards and address any performance issues immediately.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience

· Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus but not required
· Ability to drive a company vehicle (driver’s license required) Must have a clean driving record
· Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
· 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in restoration, renovation, or commercial construction.
· Experience working with subcontractors and coordinating multi-phase projects.
· Proven track record of managing budgets, timelines, and profitability for construction projects.
· Proficiency with construction project management software (Smart Sheets, Job Progress, or similar).
Compensation and Benefits
· Salary Range $60,000-$85,000 per year plus commission and bonuses.
