Responsibilities -
- Ordering medical records and preparing subpoenas
- Managing pre-trial workup, creating trial binders, and sending documents to expert witnesses
- Setting and calendaring depositions, preparing deposition notices, and arranging for court reporters
Required Skills
- Must have an ABA approved paralegal certificate
- Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules, all phases of discovery, and the ability to proofread and cite check documents is required
- Detailed-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks across several case related matters
- Solid communication and time management skills are essential
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with various programs such as Summation, CaseMap, iManage, and Trial Director
Pay range and compensation package -$85k-$90k
