Role Description
The Director position requires construction experience and knowledge.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Repair and Maintenance. They will be responsible for creating reports using excel, reviewing estimates, creating bids, communicating with clients on new work orders/ projects, overseeing the Repair and Maintenance team, and attending weekly meetings.
