We are hiring a Project Coordinator to join a top fashion accessories company in Baltimore, MD. This position will be running until June with potential to extend and will be based in office on a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite).
Responsibilities:
- Schedule internal and external meetings
- Capture and distribute meeting/training session notes
- Track action items from meetings/training sessions
- Set up data rooms for acquisition due diligence
- Add internal/external users to data rooms
- Coordinate due diligence compliance
- Update due diligence tracker regularly and distribute
- Request and track store-level account logins for multiple systems
- Follow up with functional areas on account setups
- Capture login credentials for systems, email accounts, external services, etc. and distribute to field
- Coordinate scheduling and communications with standard trades (e.g., locksmith, electrician, HVAC vendors, etc.
- Oversee collection of statements of work, approvals, work order completion
- Create and maintain open issues spreadsheet; communicate progress internally
- Coordinate with third-party IT vendor to schedule and track site assessments in acquisition stores
- Support development of end-to-end testing plan for network installations
- Coordination of account creations for bank and armored truck service
- Project timelines
- Administer business license filings, renewals, and compliance
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of project coordination experience; Retail Operations and/or IT preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal partners and external vendors
- Experience working on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
