Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate forecast, lead time and safety stock levels for all raw material, packing material and finished products in SAP
- Review weekly ME5A report and test check to ensure there are no SAP errors
- Support Purchase Manager to place POs for materials
- Place PO for all supplies and services as requested by various department managers
- Perform weekly material movement between various warehouses as per SAP requirements
- Perform weekly cycle count at all warehouse locations. Investigate and correct deviations between physical inventory and book inventory
- Perform weekly reconciliation of consignment inventories maintained at customer locations
- Update forecast in SAP quarterly based on actual sales
- Support Purchase Manager’s tasks during their absence
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports as required by management
