We are seeking a professional to oversee digital transformation operations, ensuring optimal performance and security of sensitive data. This role involves managing custom client/server and web applications, including SQL database interaction for configuration and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support core web-based and client/server applications.
- Troubleshoot application issues using SQL databases.
- Provide technology support for software, hardware, and network issues.
- Ensure physical and logical security of sensitive data.
- Train users on new technologies.
- Perform routine maintenance and inventory tracking for technology equipment.
- Manage user access and document account changes.
- Assist with technology projects and installations.
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment maintenance.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with SQL databases and enterprise applications.
- Strong skills in SQL database management and troubleshooting.
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing support roles.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 preferred.
- Knowledge of a variety of computer systems and networking.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
