Provides user and desktop support across multiple US sites, handling requests in person and remotely. Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, managing desktops, printers, inventory, and supporting IT projects. Shares rotating on-call duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for user support
- Support for Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic network issues
- Manage Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and desktop imaging
- Assist with vendor management, documentation, and user training
- Escalate issues to MSP and System Admins
