The Chief Executive Officer will lead, oversee, and manage all operations within the credit union, aligning them with the organization's strategic goals, policies, and the directives set forth by the Board of Directors. This individual will be responsible for safeguarding financial stability while ensuring exceptional member satisfaction, a commitment that is at the core of our operations. The Chief Executive Officer will promote the credit union within the community, serve in the best interest of the members, employees, and the credit union as a whole. The Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic guidance, foster a visionary approach, and exercise effective leadership and management across all aspects of the organization.
Five to seven years of experience in a chief leadership role with experience in the daily management of multiple divisions to grow the organization is required. A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related curriculum is needed, and commensurate experience in increasingly broadened chief roles is desired.
