REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-12+ years of hands on engineering experience
-Experience managing teams and working cross functionally
-Recent hands on coding experience in the last three years

JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join one of their top financial clients sitting in NYC. This individual will be joining the Web Engineering Technology team within Consumer Services Tech. Currently, the team is working on major revamp and modernization efforts of the company’s most trafficked website. These efforts will span across all major domains on the platform, with an emphasis on enhancing the consumer experience and providing new capabilities. This team is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to come in and lead a team of 3-5 engineers. This person will be the bridge between product engineering and design to make sure the work is crafted and clearly defined then given to the teams to complete. It is imperative that this person is very technical, has a passion to lead people and drive out execution. On a day to day, this person will be dividing and distributing work, doing one on ones, code reviews, mentoring, meeting with product and design teams, etc.
Compensation:
$150-190K+ per year annual salary.
