We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Coordinator to join our People, Culture & Business Operations team at The Honey Pot Company. In this multifaceted role, you will support the business operations of our Atlanta HQ, support our People & Culture initiatives, and collaborate closely with various business units including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance. You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our HQ while contributing to the development and support of our employees.

What You'll Do:
Business Operations at HQ:
- Oversee and manage daily operations at HQ, including meeting planning, visitor coordination, and handling all operational expenditures (conference room bookings, team activities, etc.).
- Retrieve and sort mail and shipments, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate parties.
- Manage the booking process with our internal hotel partners for employees, board members, and business partners.
- Maintain HQ product inventory and handle the replenishment process.
- Ensure office cleanliness and organization, managing the stock and replenishment of food, beverages, and wellness items.
- Track P&L budget for the Executive Office expenditures.
Business Partner Management:
Marketing:
- Manage product innovation activities at HQ, including prototype management and feedback processes for new product samples.
- Handle HQ marketing activities and coordinate sample requests.
- Support incoming marketing materials to be accepted at HQ
- Support Surprise and Delight Marketing Program
- Coordinate support of Atlanta based employees for local marketing projects
- Coordinate travel for external partners working on marketing activities for the brand
Sales:
- Oversee HQ-related sales activities and coordinate NPI shipments to brokers and retailer partners.
- Operations:
- Coordinate HQ and leadership activities, ensuring smooth operational support.
- Support research & development team with sample delivery process and innovation sample gate stage process
Support for People & Culture Functions:
- Organize and manage internal Board of Fun and Community Service Give Back programming.
- Support internal employee development programs and coordinate training and development activities, including, but not limited to LinkedIn Learning.
- Assist in recruiting activities, ensuring smooth candidate experiences.
- Collaborate across departments to support organizational initiatives, such as the New Employee Peer Mentorship Program.
- Support the Manager and Chief of Staff in scheduling and ad-hoc project management efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison for all business units, partners and people leaders, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.
Project Coordination and Administrative Support:
- Assist with corporate programs, talent management, compensation planning, employee development, succession planning, and other change management initiatives.
- Create presentation decks, charts, graphs, and reports as needed.
- Handle inquiries and requests from employees and managers, ensuring a positive resolution process.
- Apply and communicate company policies effectively.

- Experience working in culturally diverse environments is a plus.
What You Need:
- 2-3 years of experience in office or business operations.
- High level of proficiency with Excel (formulas, formatting, pivot tables) and other project management tools (e.g., Monday.com).
- Human Resource experience is a plus
