About the Role: CRG is partnering with a large manufacturing company to find a Recruiter for their team in Lawrence, KS. In this role, you will work alongside the team at their large facility and the corporate team to recruit for manufacturing positions as well as more management and corporate level roles. If you are an experienced high-volume recruiter with strong ability to build relationships as well as excellent communication skills and follow-through, you will be a great fit for the role!

Schedule: Monday-Friday, may include nights and weekends as necessary
Salary: $53,000 – $70,000

Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment cycle for high volume of requisitions, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, ensuring timely completion of all recruitment activities.
- Use and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and compliance in all recruiting steps.
- Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans for various roles, including manufacturing, skilled labor, and corporate positions.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and work with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Collaborate with staffing partners, managing vendor relationships and performance, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, and tracking conversions to direct hire roles.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and open houses, representing the company and promoting career opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including job descriptions, interview questions, and training materials for hiring managers.
- Balance multiple open positions and adjust priorities based on changing business needs.
- Assist with streamlining processes, seeking to create the most efficient and effective procedures.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing/distribution environment
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with ATS and HRIS systems (ADP and/or SuccessFactors strongly preferred)
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
- Ability to travel nationwide with extended overnight travel as needed (up to 20%)
