A major financial institution is expanding its U.S. presence and seeking an Associate Director for CUSO Reporting Escalations and ESG/Climate. This role supports Group Risk Management - U.S. Enterprise Risk, overseeing risk management for U.S. operations. Actively they are seeking someone with good communication skills that has a background in Enterprise, Market, Counterparty, Credit, Liquidity or Operational Risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement reports for CUSO Escalations, Risk Acceptance, Issue Management, ESG & Climate, and other programs.
- Create periodic reports for senior management and the board.
- Maintain records for escalations and analyze risk trends.
- Collaborate with LoBs and with the Enterprise to refine list of obtainable data elements and attributes that can provide insights into the landscape of risk across CUSO
- Assist with audits and stakeholder requests.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Risk Management experience in financial services.
- Proficient with tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Experience in strategic planning or risk oversight.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Skilled in managing complex projects.
