Responsibilities:
- Plan, Coordinate, and Manage: Oversee all aspects of construction projects with a commitment to ethical practices and transparency.
- Develop Timelines, Budgets, and Schedules: Create realistic project timelines, budgets, and work schedules, ensuring all plans are honest and achievable.
- Ensure Quality and Compliance: Guarantee projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, upholding integrity in every detail.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering trust and open communication.
- Monitor and Adjust: Continuously monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments, always prioritizing ethical decision-making.
- Conduct Inspections: Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, maintaining a high level of integrity.
- Resolve Issues: Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process with honesty and fairness.

Experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, is preferred.
- Extensive Experience: Minimum of 5 years in construction project management, demonstrating a proven ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
- Specialized Project Management: Experience managing Job Order Contract projects preferred, showcasing your ability to lead and collaborate on specialized projects.
- Comprehensive Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction, design, cost reporting, and cash flow management, essential for supporting team efforts and achieving project goals.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Project Management and Scheduling Software, enabling seamless coordination and teamwork across all project phases.
