Position Summary: HRUCKUS is looking for a skilled Deputy Project Manager to support the Project Manager in delivering high-quality armed security services. This role requires experience in security operations and contract management.
Position Description: The Deputy Project Manager will have a minimum of six (6) years of armed specialized security experience, at least four (4) years (within the last six years) managing contracts of comparable size, and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in contract administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in managing security operations.
- Ensure compliance with all contract requirements.
- Support administrative functions related to contract management.
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum of six (6) years of armed specialized security experience.
- At least four (4) years (within the last six years) managing contracts of comparable size.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in contract administrative support.
Position Requirements:
- Citizenship: Citizenship of the United States of America is required
- SSN: Have been issued an approved Social Security Card by the Social Security Administration
- Education: Received, at minimum, either a high school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma
- Experience (at least one):
- Two years of armed security experience or two years of military or National Guard service (active duty or reserve)
- Successful completion of a Federal or State certified Law Enforcement Education and Training or Police Officer’s Standard Training course
- Language: Fluently speak, read, comprehend, and compose coherent written reports in English
- Certification: Lautenberg Amendment Statement/Domestic Violence certification
- Age: Be a minimum of 21 years of age
The salary range for this role is $70,000 - $115,000 per year.
