Job Description:
AMS Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join one of its clients with managing and supporting a docket the Greenway area. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience handling personal injury matters on the plaintiff’s side from file to trial. This candidate must have experience with managing various aspects of personal injury including auto, trucking, premises liability and others.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Managing client interactions in English and Spanish;
- Collaborating with other departments in gathering facts;
- Assist attorneys in managing a docket of cases;
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other correspondence;
- Assist with discovery;
- Preparing for depositions, and mediation;
- Manage a docket of personal injury cases with attorney.
Experience:
- 3+ years at a reputable personal injury firm working as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal managing a docket of personal injury matters.
