Job Description
The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial planning and analysis for the company. This position provides data analysis and financial support to all departments including Accounting, Operations, Sales, and Procurement.
Hybrid Schedule after probation Period
Responsibilities
- Assist with the development of forecast modeling, dashboards
- Collaborate with team to develop enhanced analytics
- Analyze business performance, evaluate KPIs, trends and market condition analysis
- Budgeting, profitability analysis, forecasting and improving inefficiencies
- Creating annual budget, obtaining approvals, tracking, and reporting progress
- Financial analyses explaining variances to budget and forecast along with business trends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in Accounting or Finance
- 3-6+ years of related experience with at least 2 years in FP&A
- Experience using Power Bi
- Experience with large ERP systems, Excel, Power Point, Access
- Ability to effectively present information to top management
- Ability to competently use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Ability to work on an evolving team with adaptability and problem solving
