Your role at Clorox:
Clorox is looking for an experienced IGA Technical Lead responsible for the design, implementation, and support of services for IGA and SailPoint, adhering to industry and security best practices and compliance requirements.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the IGA space to provide technical, and operational support for IGA.
- This role will contribute to the long-term strategy, architecture and for supporting daily operations through managed service providers.
- Serve as subject matter expert in projects involving IGA and as a resource in troubleshooting scenarios.
- As a subject matter expert, evaluate current environment to identify opportunities for security, operational, and functional enhancements and develop continuous improvement plans.
- Support compliance requirements.
What we look for:
- 5+ years of development experience with SailPoint IIQ or SailPoint IdentityNow or combination and seven years in IAM.
- Extensive experience in identity governance.
- Strong experience with user life cycle management, provisioning, application onboarding, custom connectors, access reviews, role-based access control, separation of duties, and certifications.
- Experience in solution design and technical delivery of IGA solutions.
- Experience with Java, Bean shell, scripting (PowerShell), REST APIs, and relational databases desired.
- Experience supporting SOX, PCI-DSS and other compliance requirements and reporting.
- SailPoint IdentityNow and experience migrating to IdentityNow desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed manner, manage complex projects and stay up to date with the latest industry developments and best practices and apply the knowledge in the workplace.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and information effectively both verbally and in writing.

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $121,900 - $240,100
–Zone B: $111,700 - $220,100
–Zone C: $101,600 - $200,100
