Overview
TalentFish is casting a line for a Workday Security Administrator - Lead Analyst. This is a Remote – Direct Hire position. This position is open due to the implementation of Workday and the need for an astute Workday Security Administrator. This role requires experience as a Lead Security Admin supporting Workday for Healthcare Service Provider, Hospital and or Clinical organizations. In this role you will lead – managing and safeguarding the Workday system.
What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 plus years of experience with as a Workday Security Administrator for a provider of Healthcare Services, Hospital or Clinical environment
- Experience with one plus Workday implementation
- Experience leading new software installations and enhancement requests
- Experience as the Lead Security Admin - designing and implementing security solutions, managing security services, and conducting security assessments
- Executive presence communicating system changes and enhancements to the user community
- Experience recommend and implementing policies and procedures for security functionality – maximizing systems capabilities
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders define security requirements and translate them into Workday configurations
- What You'll Do. (Skills Used in this Position)
- Responsible for the configuration and administration of Workday's domain security policies, business process security policies, authentication and mobile access policies, and the assignment of role-based security within the Workday application
- Support the implementation of Workday security applications
- Formulation and implementation of overall Workday Security Strategy.
- Defines and updates security groups.
- Defines and maintains domains and business process security policies.
- Document proper internal security controls and maintain project documents
- Perform audits on system roles and access logs to ensure accuracy
