Working with NA Direct business ($500M+) – leading the team's business planning, forecasting and digital marketing efforts. Works daily with Finance, Planning, & Performance Marketing teams to forecast the business and ensure channels are optimized against DCI funds to deliver targets while ensuring that the team has a clear line of sight to levers that are/aren’t driving business growth or building business cases to unlock additional funds. Leads communication of business performance to NALT, responding to questions and delivering any additional analysis as needs arise. Will play a key roll in the onboarding efforts of our new marketing agency, making sure they build the right KPI dashboards for attribution analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly KPI forecast with Finance
- Monthly/Quarterly Performance Marketing Channel Allocation
- MBR/QBR Snapshots
- Monthly Digital Traffic Forecast for Daily Sales & Downstream Reporting
- Quarterly Stores Budgeting (Store x Month)
- Business Performance & Analysis Comms
- R&R meeting with cross-functional partners
- Ad Hoc Marketing Channel Analysis
- Ad Hoc Traffic and KPI analysis
Requirements:
- 3-5 year’s experience as a financial data analyst in a large-scale enterprise level environment
- Previous experience with enterprise financial planning, focused on KPI forecasts, performance marketing channel allocation, and MBR/QBR snapshots.
- Excellent communication (written/verbal), outgoing personality, and a cross-functional background
- Previous experience with financial evaluations of marketing agencies and external partners is highly desired.
