An Atlanta based, progressive and innovative executive search firm is searching for an Executive Search Consultant to become a member of our family. This high-energy, relationship-focused, executive recruiter will identify, engage, analyze and qualify executive and C-level candidates for opportunities with our client partners. The Consultant will collaborate with team members and work closely with the company’s Partners to fully understand the wants and needs of our clients and develop a continuous pipeline of candidates. This pipeline will be cultivated through the development and maintenance of long-term candidate relationships. These candidate relationships will be created predominately through phone calls vs. email and social media. We believe it is important to not be transactional in our approach to search. Our successful recruiting strategy is centered around the human experience in every interaction we make to create an unforgettable, positive candidate experience.
Being an exceptional communicator and writer will be key to success in this role. Beyond screening executives, the Consultant will be tasked with conducting in-depth candidate discussions and writing multiple page summaries that properly reflect the executive’s personal and professional endeavors. This individual must be highly engaging to extract subtle details about the executive’s career trajectories and accomplishments. This requires a keen ability to ask probing questions, actively listen, and combine complex information into concise yet comprehensive executive summaries. These documents will serve as crucial tools for client decision-making, demanding a high level of clarity, precision, and persuasive writing.

- Executive and senior level recruiting experience ideally within the consumer facing industry
- Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a proven track record in executive search
- Deep-rooted passion for recruiting and a relentless drive to achieve exceptional outcomes
- High degree of business acumen and strategic thinking
- Collaborative and ability to effectively communicate and align on strategic initiatives with team members
