I am working with my client, a Gene Therapy Biotech based in Boston to find an exceptional Clinical Trial Associate as they expand their strong team within clinical operations.
If you have passion for clinical research and come from a biotech background within Gene Therapy or Rare Disease/Neuromuscular this could be the role for you!
This role requires someone that is highly organised and understands clinical operations, including the management of administration and logistic tasks in relation to trial feasibility, start-up through to close out of clinical trials, sampled management and site liaison.
Managing compliance including GCP, SOPs, HCC, policies and regulatory requirements as well as communicating and collaborating on study activity responsibilities and ensure closely working the clinical operations team, including the project coordinator and clinical trial manager

Requirements
- Must have a Bsc or Msc in Life Sciences
- 2-3 years industry experience as a CTA
- Must come from a Biotech background (Large pharma may be considered)
- Must have experience in Gene Therapy or Rare Disease/Neuromuscular and the documentation required for these trials
Boston based office. However, this role can be remote, if have previous experience of working remotely.
