We are a recruitment partner for top general contractors in healthcare construction, seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager for high-profile medical facility projects across the Rocky Mountain region. Our client specializes in hospitals, clinics, and medical office buildings.
OVERVIEW
As a Construction Project Manager, you will manage healthcare construction projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, budget management, and timely delivery. Your expertise in schedule adherence and subcontractor coordination is essential for success.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Oversee and manage healthcare construction projects, including hospital expansions, clinic renovations, and medical office builds.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure the project meets scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Manage project budgets, cost estimates, contracts, and change orders, ensuring financial objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam, ensuring milestones are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Coordinate project quality control and safety measures in line with industry best practices and healthcare standards.
- Communicate regularly with all stakeholders, providing detailed updates and resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 - 10 years experience with a Reputable General Contractor
- Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of healthcare-specific construction regulations and safety protocols.
- OSHA 30 certification required; LEED AP or PMP certification preferred.
COMPENSATION
- $80,000 - $140,000 base salary (DOE), Open to reviewing candidates at different levels (i.e., PM I, PM II, PM III)
