We are seeking a Defense Attorney to join a busy litigation firm located in Anaheim Hills, California. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment handling a broad range of cases, with a focus on personal injury litigation and insurance defense.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct depositions and manage discovery processes.
- Draft and file legal motions.
- Appear in court for hearings and trials.
- Handle case files from inception to resolution.
- Collaborate with insurance companies and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong litigation skills, including experience with depositions and court appearances.
- Passed the CA Bar Exam
- Familiarity with personal injury cases and insurance defense work.
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high caseload.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
