We are looking for a strong Construction Superintendent on a new ground-up Luxury Multifamily development in the Lake Worth area.
Requirements:
- Around 5+ years of experience in Multifamily/Semi-Custom Home Building ideal, with ground-up project experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience working with luxury homebuilders in South Florida.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing complex, high-value projects.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
