We are seeking a talented Reservoir Engineer with a passion for A&D activities to join our client's team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to support reservoir studies, acquisition opportunities, and field development plans that impact their strategic growth. Responsibilities:
- Lead reservoir studies to assess current assets and identify key performance drivers in potential acquisitions.
- Evaluate acquisition opportunities by creating type curves, forecasting well performance, and managing reserves assessments.
- Develop and optimize field development plans, including well spacing and completion strategies, to maximize asset value.
- Prepare detailed economic evaluations and provide technical reports to guide decision-making for both management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
- At least 4 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 2 years focused on reservoir engineering.
- Proficiency with ARIES or ComboCurve, and experience with data visualization tools like Spotfire.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.
