Job Description: As an Intake Specialist at our lemon law firm, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking legal assistance with their lemon law cases. Your primary responsibility will be to gather essential information from clients, assess their cases, and determine their eligibility for representation by our firm. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless intake process and providing exceptional customer service to individuals facing issues with defective vehicles.
Hard requirements:
- Call center or receptionist experience (high volume)
- Client soft skills, tech savvy
- Follows directions and ability to be agile
