Web Developer/Engineer - Senior
• Possess appropriate Computing Certification as outline by the Cybersecurity Computing Environment Certification Working Group.
• Must possess at least five (5) years relevant experience.
• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local
• Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.
• Must be proficient in Java, Python, WebLogic Scripting, Linux Shell scripting C#, HTML/Javascript.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using JDeveloper, Eclipse IDEs.
• Working knowledge and experience in Java Programming - J2EE, Struts 2 framework and Model View Controller (MVC) practices, JDBC, JSP, Servlets, Swing, Java messaging service (JMS/MQ Series) and command line.
• Working knowledge and experience in Web Programming - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Material CSS, AngularJS and Ajax.
• Knowledge of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d) compliancy requirements.
• Working knowledge and experience in Perl, C#.Net, SQL, and PL/SQL programming.
• Working knowledge and experience in Administration of Oracle Weblogic Application Server (version 12.1.3+). Must be able to install, configure, monitor and service the components. Must be able to create diagnostic modules, setup alerts and notifications using WebLogic Diagnostic Framework and WLST scripting. Must possess knowledge of security realms, authentication providers and have experience with setting up connections between WebLogic and Oracle Identity Management servers.
• Working knowledge and experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) development and production environments.
• Working knowledge and experience using command line in RHEL, SSH, FTP service (Windows), Team Foundation Server (install, configure, administration) (Windows), and Scheduled Tasks in Windows 2008 server.
• Working knowledge and experience in Java development tools such as JDeveloper, Eclipse (OEPE ed.) Java SDK, Java Runtime; ability to compile Java class files, create and deploy .WAR files.
• Working knowledge and experience with PL/SQL, SQL, SQLPlus, TOAD and Oracle Database server.
• Working knowledge and experience with IBM MQ Series channels.
• Demonstrated ability to design, create and deploy applications to interact with IBM MQ Server. Download data, prepare it for data loading, log information and send emails.
• Working knowledge and experience with design tools such as Visio.
• Working knowledge and experience in managing SSL Certificates using Oracle Wallet Manager, OpenSSL and Java Keytool and configuring WebLogic in the use of Certificates.

• Demonstrated experience working with application security testing software. May be required to run a code scan, interpret the code scan report, and mitigate findings.
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager to configure OEM to connect to WebLogic Server, install OEM Agent on WebLogic Server, and setup various targets on the OEM servers in order to monitor the physical server plus the Admin Console Server, Managed Server and web applications installed under the Weblogic server.
• Working knowledge of Java build tools such as Apache Ant and Maven to build .war file with hash signature file and build .jar library files from Maven and/or GIT repository for inclusion in Web application.
• Extensive understanding of the assistive technology tools such as JAWS, ZoomText, Dragon and Axe Monitoring tools and must be able to code to 508 compliance standards.
• Preferred experience with Source Control tools such as GIT.
