SUMMARY
As the Gozney Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while providing essential support to our People team. This position requires a versatile individual who can effectively manage administrative tasks, oversee office operations, and support various departments as needed. The Office Manager serves as the central point of contact for all office-related matters and plays a key role in fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture. In addition to office management, you will partner with our People team to assist with employee relations efforts including recruiting, onboarding, employee wellness programs etc.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Administrative Management:
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, including welcoming guests, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and management.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements.
- Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and formatting as needed.
Facilities Management:
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times.
- Coordinate office repairs and maintenance, including liaising with vendors and service providers.
- Manage office equipment and technology systems, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Event Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Arrange catering, audiovisual equipment, and other event logistics as necessary.
- Assist with setting up and dismantling event spaces, ensuring a smooth and successful event experience.
HR Support:
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including paperwork completion and orientation.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support HR initiatives such as employee training and development programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
