CIAM Product Owner

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) Product Owner with extensive experience in PING or Okta. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient and capable of engaging with development leads across various applications. This role requires a deep understanding of CIAM solutions, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive product strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for CIAM solutions.
- Collaborate with development leads and cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Ensure the successful implementation and integration of PING or Okta solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support related to CIAM products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and technical specifications.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance product features and functionality.
- Provide training and support to internal teams and customers on CIAM solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CIAM technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in CIAM, with a focus on PING or Okta.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with development teams and managing product lifecycles.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards related to identity and access management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in PING or Okta.
- Experience with other CIAM solutions and technologies.
- Familiarity with API integrations and microservices architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
