Responsibilities
Manage Projects: Oversee the project management team, hire superintendents, estimators and write contracts.
Manage budgets and schedules: Create and manage budgets and review financial results and projections.
Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Maintain Quality and safety: Maintain safety and quality on the project sites.
Collaborate with related companies owned by parent firm.
Prepare for the future: Prepare the company's construction operations for the future based on demand projections.
Market the company's services to existing and future clients.
Maintain client relationships: Develop strong working relationships with key client stakeholders.
Negotiate Contracts: Review and negotiate contracts with clients.
Review and enhance procedures: Review and enhance current construction procedures and controls.
Recruit and Train: Recruit and hire required personnel both skilled and administrative.
Provide feedback on processes and recommend changes.
Qualifications
10 plus years of direct experience managing Sitework, Utilities and Concrete disciplines.
10 plus years of estimating experience in Sitework, Utilities and Concrete disciplines.
Strong budgeting skills
Experience in AGTEK, Blue Beam, Trimble and Smart sheets (CPM Scheduling)
