Project Site Coordinator
Location: Kalamazoo, MI
We are seeking a Construction Project Administrator to join our on-site team in Kalamazoo, MI. This individual is responsible for managing project documentation, coordinating subcontractor activities, and overseeing insurance claims. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
- Coordinating schedules and communication with subcontractors to ensure timely project completion
- Managing insurance claims, ensuring all documentation is submitted and followed up on as needed
- Assisting the project manager with day-to-day administrative tasks and reporting
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the job site
- Supporting the project team by handling any other administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction administration or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of construction documentation and subcontractor management processes
