A Therapist Role at Guidelight Health
Guidelight Health is looking for dedicated Therapists/Counselors/Social Workers to provide services to Adolescents and Adults in a PHP/IOP setting. We are excited to find innovative mental health professionals to enrich our programs and deliver top-notch care to our clients.
Therapist will provide direct care to clients admitted in Partial Hospital Program (PHP) or Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) level of care; conducting initial evaluations, group therapy, individual therapy, case management, and crisis management to clients. Collaborates within a interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive treatment within the scope of the therapist's training, experience, and competency.

Qualities of a Guidelight Health Therapist
- Clinical experience working with Adolescents and Adults
- Understanding of a variety of modalities including DBT, CBT, ACT, MI
- Confident in Group Therapy
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Flexibly and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of clients in a fast pace environment
- Demonstrates understanding and appreciation of cultural inclusivity and diversity
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work or related program from an accredited college or university. License-Eligible program.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT), and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Preferred.
- 2 years of clinical experience in higher level of care; including IOP/PHP, inpatient, residential emergency room experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems
Compensation details: 80000-110000 Yearly Salary
