Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Support Specialist at Q&S Technologies LLC in Houston, TX. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with IT projects and upgrades.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and hardware
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, MacOS, and Linux
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
- Certifications in relevant IT areas are a plus
