The Associate Corporate Responsibility Project Manager is responsible for managing all Corporate Sustainability initiatives. This role involves communicating with various workstreams to organize reporting, research initiatives, plan meetings, and provide updates to key stakeholders. The person in this position is responsible for maintaining internal and external reporting and scorecards around all Corporate Responsibility initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
- Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from stakeholder meetings, ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative support as needed to all workstreams.
- Create, maintain, and monitor project plans, project schedules, and expenditures for all corporate responsibility workstreams.
- Research viable alternatives to support corporate goals for social and environmental responsibility.
- Complete all customer and business surveys related to Corporate Responsibility reporting requirements.
- Manage the Extended Producer Responsibility Program, including data upload, maintaining data lists, and overseeing payment and fees.
- Maintain and update the Carbon Accounting tool, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and maintain appropriate documentation for each project.
- Manage internal and external communication on various platforms to raise awareness of organizational initiatives and overall impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or certification in business or a related field of study.
- Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Highly proficient in utilizing popular computer software/desktop applications (such as MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Comfortable operating within a fast-paced environment.
