Epsilon is seeking a high-performing Senior Front-End Developer to code high-performance websites for our enterprise clients. Your passion for clean, efficient code will shine as you implement UI/UX designs, ensuring functionality across multiple devices and platforms, touching into websites, mobile web apps, intranets, commerce solutions, and community sites. You will be responsible for leading ADA compatibility audits and development activities.
Work together to win together: You will report into Senior Director of Development and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements. You will work closely alongside designers, UX specialists, and back-end developers to create visually appealing and highly responsive applications.
Innovate with purpose: You will play a key role in bringing our designs to life, writing code and develop engaging digital experiences for clients with the mission is to push boundaries and create experiences that users love.

Who You Are
What you’ll bring with you:
- 5+ years professional experiencewriting HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptStrong experience coding solutions with JavaScript - knowledge of how to manipulate the DOM, handle events, interface with REST APIs, etc.
- Strong experience writing semantic HTML5 markup.
- Strong experience with CSS pre-processors (SASS or LESS).
- Strong knowledge of techniques and tools for performance optimization (YSlow, PageSpeed, DevTools).
- Strong experience with source control tools (Git, SVN, etc.) and development workflow methodologies (e.g., git-flow).
- Ability to troubleshoot development and production issues across multiple environments and operating platforms.
- Strong experience with browser testing and debugging. Understanding of all major browsers and the special considerations required for their various quirks.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Strong sense of visual design - while you may not be an expert with Photoshop or Illustrator, you still have an eye for aesthetics. You should have experience with Photoshop optimizing images for the web.
- Strong sense of good user experience (UX).
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
